| ".. we had a major outbreak of severe weather. Straight line winds and tornadoes. I have never in all my years in this business had a piece of equipment that I felt reliable and accurate as your radar." Chuck Gaidica Director of Meteorology WDIV TV

| "When something as technical as weather radar is so important to a television station, it means everything to know you and your staff not only truly understand the equipment, but also, more importantly, understand the application in our local broadcasting environment. Your radar system really puts us ahead of the competition." Larry Beaulieu Vice President & General Manager KFDM TV

| ".. it performed flawlessly through a 12-hour severe weather event! During instanced where multiple severe storm events were occuring we were able to quickly and precisely zoom in on various regions of our central Missouri viewing area, each being affected by a different severe storm. The testimonial phone calls from our viewers across the region were amazing! One group of conventioneers on a dinner cruise at the Lake of the Ozarks told us they were able to avoid a storm producing 80 mph winds-and hail based on the Images from our ADC Doppler radaar unit ... group of golfers at a local country club said the clubhouse was full of viewers who demanded the station be turned to KMIZ because of the accuracy of our ADC Doppler radar system ... In addition, our unit has performed flawlessly since we installed it... it truly is the most Cost-effective solution to severe weather coverage using the latest technology available." Randy Wright Chief Meteorologist KMIZ TV

| ".. it has already proven to be a powerful severe weather tool. Several severe weather outbreaks have occurred during newscasts, requiring frequent on-air views of the radar and zooming to street-level maps. The operating software is easy to use 'on the fly', and the radar images are clear, crisp, and easy for the viewers to understand. The RHI mode has also been used effectively to show viewers the heights and internal structures of approaching thunderstorms, and the velocity mode was clearly able to pick out rotation in a wall cloud that passed 10 miles north of the radar site. Using the telestrator option to draw on the radar image during a recent bow-echo squall line passage was great, and many viewers commented to me that they liked the way it looked." Vince Condella Chief Meteorologist WITI TV

| "I want to thank you and your team for providing us with our new Doprad 32 weather radar system. It's proven to be an important addition to managing our flight operations here at NASA's Johnson Space Center, in Houston, Texas. I'd also like to say thank you for the excellent service Brian Mathis provided during the ops and maintenance training we got last week. Brian was very professional, and he tailored his training to the audience nicely. We appreciate the quality equipment and support you and your team have given us." Terry Pappas Research Pilot NASA JSC

| "The Deepwater Discovery is currently in route to Singapore, where it will take on fuel before continuing on to West Africa. It;s departure was delayed due to bad weather in the area and I have no doubt that they monitored the typhoon's progress our Dynamic Positioned Drillships and one more will be commissioned in early 2001. The cost of building and operating these vessels is substantial, and while we can’t control the weather, the Doprad 32 systems afford us valuable time needed to prepare for the worst and protect our personnel and investment. The Weather Radar has been relied upon since the first vessel sailed from Koje Island, Korea in 1998 and your firm is to be commended on delivering an excellent product. A special thanks to your engineers who travelled to Korea for the startup and provided Crew training on each system." Terry L. Loftis Team Leader - Instrumentation & Communications Group R&B Falcon Drilling

| "I just wanted to take a moment to write you and let you know of WAVY-TV's great experience with our Advanced Designs Corporation Doppler radar system. Recent upgrades have made spectacular improvements to the system's performance and graphics quality, so much so that we have now leaped ahead of the other Doppler radar systems in the market. Without a question, I feel that we have the best looking radar in the market by far, and that combined with the returns that we're now seeing make me feel that our overall system is superior to our competitor's mega-dollar high-maintenance behemoth radar system." Les Garrenton Director of Engineering WAVY-TV
